The RedTail Flight Academy (RFA) is a Tuskegee Airmen-inspired program that aims to develop a pipeline for underrepresented people of color into the aviation sector by providing dynamic youth aviation & mentor programs. The 14 CFR Part 141 program will be primarily focused on the need to increase diversity within the aviation industry by offering scholarships to program entrants.
