Timothy Benham

Tim "Benny" Benham Flight Instructor (CFI / CFI-I / MEI / Tailwheel / 9200+ hours) Benny is a former US Navy Fighter Pilot. During his time in the Navy he was an instructor in the F-14 Tomcat and is a graduate of both the Navy’s TOPGUN school as an Adversary Pilot and Aviation Safety School. In addition to the Tomcat; he has experience flying several different aircraft including the T-34C; T-2C; TA-4J; T-45; Beechcraft King Air (B-200) and A-36 and V/K-35 Bonanzas; Cessnas from C-150 through C-210; Pipers from Cherokees through Saratogas and Aeronca Champs/L-16s. He holds CFI Single Engine Land; CFI Instrument; and Multi Engine Instructor Certifications; and is certified as a Commercial Pilot in both Multi Engine Land and Single Engine Seaplane aircraft. Benny is a member of the Airplane Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA); and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA).
