About
James Weisberg holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and is a Certified Flight Instructor for single and multi-engine airplanes and for the Instrument Rating (CFI-A; CFI-I and CFI-ME (multi-engine). As a part-time faculty member of the UAB School of Medicine; he understands and appreciates the balancing act of career and flying. James received his private pilot certificate over 30 years ago as a high-school senior followed by his Instrument Rating and Commercial Certificate about 10 years later. He earned his CFI and multi-engine ratings in 2000; achieving a life-long goal of turning a hobby into part-time career. James combines his expertise in human behavior with a focus on ADM (Aeronautical Decision Making) and pilot judgment. He has done spin and upset training with the late William K.
